Orders in Karachi will be delivered in 2–3 business days, while nationwide deliveries take 3–7 business days.

Delivery charges of Rs 249 will be applied to the exchanged products.

Customers have up to 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return.

All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by order confirmation or other valid proof of purchase.

Customers can exchange their products when the product is damaged.

Conditions for exchange

• We will exchange the product only if the product is returned in original condition.

• We will exchange it if the product is not used.

• If the product is damaged upon arrival due to shipping, we will offer a full return or exchange for a replacement product.

• The customer must notify us immediately after the arrival of the delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the damage.

• The exchange products will be delivered in 3–7 business days.
