Placing an order means you are making an offer to purchase.
Swish reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion.
Your order is considered accepted only after payment is processed (where applicable) and Swish confirms acceptance.
After you place an order:
- You will receive an order confirmation message/email.
- Orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Saturday).
- Cancellation may not be possible after an order is processed.
We may cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, incomplete information, or suspicious activity.
Purchases must be for personal use only, not resale.
Section 4 – Prices & Payments
- All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).
- Prices, promotions, and discounts may change without notice.
- Errors in pricing may result in canceled orders.
- Payment methods available will be shown at checkout.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for selected locations.
You agree to provide accurate payment details and authorize us to process the payment as required.
Section 5 -Shipping, Delivery, Return & Exchange
- Swish offers nationwide delivery across Pakistan.
- Delivery timelines vary based on the destination city or region.
- Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (Sunday is not a working/dispatch day).
- Shipping charges (if any) will appear at checkout.
- Tracking details (where available) will be shared after dispatch.
Delays due to courier issues, weather, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances are not Swish’s responsibility.
Accurate address and contact information is required to avoid delays or delivery failure.
Exchange Delivery Charges
For exchange requests, all delivery and return courier charges must be covered by the customer. Swish.pk does not offer free shipping on exchange orders unless stated otherwise in a special promotion.
Return & Compensation for Our Mistake
If the product you receive is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our side, we will fully compensate you. In such cases, Swish.pk will cover all return and re-delivery charges and ensure you receive the correct or replacement item without any additional cost.
Section 6 – Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, product photos, designs, text, graphics, and content on Swish.pk belong exclusively to Swish.pk or its licensors and are protected by law.
You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Reproduction, distribution, or copying of any content without written permission is prohibited.

Swish.pk is powered by Shopify; however, your transactions and purchases are strictly between you and Swish.
Shopify is not responsible for any issues arising from your order, including product concerns, refunds, delays, or damages related to Swish purchases.

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and may also be processed by Shopify.
Because our store is hosted on Shopify, certain information you provide will be shared with Shopify and may be processed outside Pakistan.
